John Daroff, Esq

John Daroff has over 10 years of experience in various areas of the law including criminal defense, family law, employment, judgment debt collection and Real Estate. At RTS, John handles residential and commercial real estate transactions and manages our Silver Spring office.

Prior to joining RTS, John taught the Real Estate pre-licensing course and he assisted distressed homeowners by negotiating short sales, loan modifications and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
John is licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania. He is a licensed title agent in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia as well as a notary. Additionally, John holds an associate broker real estate license.

When John is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons having adventures around town.
